Marianne has created the two-song CD "A Little Piece Of Hope" as a fundraiser for medical research for Shwachman-Diamond Syndrome. A dear artist friend of Marianne is dealing with this rare disease on a daily basis, and Marianne hopes through enough research that a cure can be found.
